The cost of renting a place here is slightly higher then in other parts of the city and the condition of the footpaths could use some improvement. No Metro line is connected to this area. Traffic is the main issue this a very major problem tha everyone facies a metropolitan city. Due to this uses of metro increases. Persons uses generally there own vehicle on the place of public transportation. Along with that one major problem that air condition in not very good.
