project wise i have no doubt as value for money and a very good appreciation rate every year, need suggestions as should i upgrade to a bigger 3BHk/4bhk or 1520sft is better ?
Last Sunday I visited the site and was amazed to see the model house. The sales executive told me the USP's of the project like Bay Windows, Full Height Windows & Sky Gardens. Can anybody suggest me whether I should go for it or not?
