Good things here
Safe gated community with 24 hour security. Society well maintained. Good transportation. Chakan bus stand is within 1 km. Market and schools nearby. Decent middle-class residents. No power issues.read more
Things need improvement
Sometimes there is delay in Maintenance charges payment by some residents, particularly when the special charges are collected for specific improvement works. This delays the completion of work. Water problem in summer 3-4 months, but problem managed by water from tankers. One rectangular storage tank installed inside the flat to store water automatically when Municipal water comes.read more
