Sainik Colony is a good and safe locality. There are no issues with power cuts. The houses and roads are well maintained with good amenities. Water scarcity is an issue especially during summers. Transportation is good, but traffic is a concern during peak hours.

Sainik Colony is an affordable locality that is free from traffic congestion and pollution. It is well connected to Gurgaon-Faridabad Road and Badkhal Pali Marg. There are many schools, healthcare facilities, shopping destinations in this area. There are many parks in this region with lots of green spaces.
