The society has the facilities of gym, swimming pool and park. Autos and cabs are easily available. The society organises a lot of cultural events and all the residents participate in those events.
Seepage is a major issue in all the buildings of the society. Water logging happens in the basement during rainy season. Metro station is far away from the society.

The builder has delivered poor construction quality, leading to seepage problems in all flats that now require owners to address. Additionally, the facade of the building needs repairing and a fresh coat of paint.

This place is good in every aspect - connectivity, cleanliness, behavior of RWA (Resident Welfare Association), family safety, parking, and the green area is well-maintained.
There is no swimming pool, and the society is built in an old-fashioned way without additional extracurricular activities.

The metro station is located 500 m away from the society. Auto and cabs can be found easily from the nearby place. Garbage collection is done every morning. CCTV cameras, lifts are installed in the premises of the society. Neighbours are very friendly and cooperative and helpful.
The society does not have the facilities such as swimming pool, gym, clubhouses. Seepage is very common in the area during monsson. Water logging is another major issue which is facedd by the residents.

There is a local market nearby where we can get all the things we need.Medical shops and grocery stores are nearby. The roads here are long and clean.The neighbours here are educated and polite.There is no shortage of water here and electricity also never goes out.Good school and hospital nearby. street light work fine at night.cab, taxi facility also available in this area.
Petrol pump is not near here. there is not good hair salon in this area. Mosquitoes become more numerous here during the rainy season.

the roads are maintained very well and there is very rare chances of water clogging situation during monsoon, and further if cleaniness is a topic then cleaniness is maintained very well
one thing I dislike is mixing of people with each other the people living are mostly businessman or a private job at a high position so no one has much time to interact with each other
