Good things here
The society maintenance is excellent because there is a generator facility for power cuts, a good water supply, and amenities like a gym, a swimming pool, a large clubhouse, and an excellent play area available. The society also has a metro station just outside the community. The construction quality is excellent with no problems like leakage, cracks, or no issues with painting.
Things need improvement
The lack of a temple within the community poses a problem for residents who must go outside to engage in prayer or perform puja.

Society is very well connected because there is a metro station nearby, along with grocery stores, supermarkets, and other essential facilities nearby. The society's amenities, such as a park, excellent play areas, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, and well-maintained walking paths within the community, are of high quality. Residents do not experience water supply issues, and the greenery, including trees, is abundant. Additionally, there are no complaints regarding leakage problems due to the high standard of construction quality.

There is no dislike about the society.

Good things here
I moved out of this community 4 years ago and during my time living in this community, there was ample walking space available, and residents didn't need to venture outside for regular walks. Additionally, local vegetable vendors set up stalls regularly, and there was a supermarket conveniently located within the community. The connectivity of the neighborhood was excellent, with a bus stop and a metro station within walking distance. There were also several schools situated within a 1km radius of the community. All essential maintenance services, such as garbage collection and uninterrupted water supply, were provided efficiently. Some flats enjoyed excellent ventilation, depending on the placement within the community. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, community hall, and well-maintained outdoor play areas were available for residents to enjoy.
Things need improvement
The management of this society is not satisfactory as it takes an extended period to address residents' complaints and also delays in resolving the issues.

Good things here
Connectivity is the greatest advantage of this society as residents have easy access to all essential places, with the metro station conveniently located right opposite the society. Within a radius of 1 to 2 km, there are a few schools, bus stops, a college, ATMs, and hospitals. The society offers excellent maintenance facilities, including reliable power backup options inside the flats, uninterrupted water supply throughout the day, and efficient garbage collection services. Furthermore, the society has good amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, basketball and badminton courts, a skating rink, and a supermarket. The construction quality of the society is commendable, with no reported complaints.
Things need improvement
Residents of this society face challenges due to its proximity to the highway, as ongoing construction projects contribute to both disturbance and pollution.

Good things here
That's great! The water supply is good in our community. There's a garden for the kids to play, and there are lights on every floor. It feels like one big family here, and we celebrate all the festivals together. It's a joyful and close-knit community.
Things need improvement
In the front of the society the rode are full damage. Streetlights are not working properly.CCTV camera on the road not working properly.,

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Public transportation is also available in the society within a walkable distance. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Cleaning of the society is very good. Water facility is very good in the society, available 24/7. Power backup is also available in the society. Ventilation of the society is very good.
Things need improvement
Metro connection is not good in the society; it is far from the society. Pollution is severe around the society. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The railway station is very far from the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are not well-maintained in the society.

Good things here
This is a gated community with a high level of security and well-maintained facilities. The basketball and tennis courts are properly taken care of, and there's a convenient departmental store within the society. The residents are friendly, and there's plenty of space for recreational activities.
Things need improvement
There is no metro connectivity, and the children's pool is not well-maintained.
