Good things here

Having designated parking for each resident is convenient, and I appreciate how well the rules are followed in our community. The regular garbage collection, with separate bins for wet and dry waste, helps keep things clean. We never have to worry about electricity or water supply, and it's great to have modern amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool that are well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, and we enjoy celebrating festivals together. The elevators are reliable, and with CCTV cameras and security guards, I feel safe here.read more

Things need improvement

One issue we've faced is leakage in the walls, which needs attention. Another inconvenience is that the Google location for our society isn't accurate, causing problems with Ola and Uber drivers ending up in the wrong place when we book rides. Additionally, there are several cloud kitchens in the society, leading to many delivery drivers who sometimes ride recklessly. This makes us worry about our kids' safety when they go outside.read more
