Apart from groceries and snacks, this housing complex offers a grocery that sells fresh vegetables! It also provides fresh chicken and fish upon request! The pool is fantastic, as are the maintenance and security staff. A well-kept and secure neighbourhood

If you have a car, this is a good place to stay. It is a long distance from the city. For at least 2 kilometres, there is no restaurant or market. You must visit Panjim Market to purchase a variety of products.

Amazing community with a polite staff and excellent maintenance. It is a fantastic area with tonnes of potential. Nearby restaurants, hospitals, and schools abound. populated area with excellent business start-up and operation conditions.

residential condominiums with lots of parking and gated security. It is a very peaceful location with open streets and ample parking. It has excellent car offices. There are no blackouts, gridlocks, or traffic noises.
