Mahesh Sri Village 5

Sri Village 5 is a residential project launched by real estate company Mahesh Plots, it is located in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The project is offering plots of varying sizes. Built-up area of the plots is in the range of 1800 to 9000 sq ft. Gachibowli is a major IT and sports hub of Hyderabad, GMC Athletic Stadium and a world-class Hockey stadium are located here. Some of the prominent localities of the area are Cyber City, Madhapur, Kollur, Malkapur, Patancheru and Hafeezpet. Its surrounding areas include Jubilee hills, Madhapur, Banjara Hill, Kothaguda, Mehdipatnam, Panjagutta and Kukatpallly. It is a comfortable locality to own a residential place. Sri Village 5 is under construction, it was launched in January 2020 and will be ready by July 2020 for possession. A total number of 164 apartments were launched and these can be bought from Mahesh Plots or owners of the apartments put up for sale.
