As a resident, I can say that living here has been a great experience. The connectivity is excellent, making commuting easy and convenient. We have 24/7 water and electricity availability, ensuring a hassle-free living environment. The people in the community are friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive atmosphere. read more

Things need improvement

I find the new construction to be quite disappointing. The plaster comes off very easily, which is concerning. There are no amenities like a gym, pool, or clubhouse, and the maintenance could be significantly better. read more

Maintenance is better as cleaning, power cuts, parking, and other aspects are addressed in a timely manner. Public transport is usually available, and schools and hospitals are nearby most�of�the�time. read more

Since the construction is old, there are often issues that arise. Basic facilities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym should be available in the society, as these are essential amenities. Repainting of the buildings should also be done as the society has aged and requires maintenance. read more

Enthusiastic celebration of all the festivals in conducted in the society. Painting is done frequently in the society. Ventilation is properly maintained. Pet friendly place. Swimming pool, gym and play ground for children are available in the society. Garbage collection is done every morning at 8 am. E- Rickshaws and cabs are available nearby. read more

The society does not have a nearby metro station. No nearby malls or shopping conplex is available. The residents have to travel area 6-7 kms for malls and metro stations. read more
