In the southern part of Hyderabad, a desirable area is called Adibatla. Real estate demand in this area has quickly increased due to being named Hyderabad's next IT, Aerospace, and Defense Hub. It is a component of the Information Technology Investment Region (ITIR) initiative, and Tata Aerospace SEZ and TCS Adibatla campus have already begun operations here. Located nearby is the TATA Aerospace SEZ. The 250-acre Aerospace and Precision Engineering Special Economic Zone, which is being developed in Adibatla in the Ibrahimpatnam Mandal of Ranga Reddy district not far from Hyderabad, will include 50 acres of property that Tata Advance System Ltd., a division of the Tata Group, sought and was granted. It will be the nation's first aerospace SEZ. The federal government granted the legal approval for the SEZ in March 2008, and the notification is about to come, according to sources in the state administration, TOI. The state has designated 351 acres in total at Adibatla village. The SEZ would take up 250 acres, while another 100 acres have been designated for ancillary businesses. In addition to the Tata facility, MTAR and other regional firms will receive land inside and outside the SEZ. Read More
