All the projects by the company have flair of their own, separate designs, different architecture, technological innovation, etc. The company has completed well known projects like Vastu Ganga, Vastu Pragya, Vastu Sarita, Vastu Pragya 2, Vastu residency and Vastu Estate in Patna under the banner and name of Technoculture Building Centre. Technoculture Building Centre (P) Ltd. developed projects for middle and lower middle class families in Bihar and Jharkhand. Today the organisation with its headquarters in Patna has spread its operations to Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, Bokaro, Dhanbad & Ranchi.
