Public transport is very good here and we can easily get buses and autos in all direction. top notch schools and hospitals are in the locality. the market is within walking distance and the street lights are present at every corner of the locality. police petrolling at night is also happened and that is why safe for travelling at night.read more

Kondapur is a great place with beautiful sceneries and nature. Kondapur has a well developed infrastructure and a major road network which is well maintained to access. It's well-connected to highly educated schools , high facility hospitals , banks and supermarkets . It is also a promising destination for real estate investments and it's very cheap to live there. The main disadvantage of this place is frequent traffic jams. People will get frequently late for work due to this traffic jams. The area also suffer from high pollution making it difficult to breath likely due to traffic injection . There are only limited green spaces in this place. This locality environment is very calm and vibrant. there are no water shortage problem and electricity power cuts issues. there are a lot of shopping centre and groceries stores are available at wakable distance. schools and hospitals are available nearby. transportation facilities are also very good.read more

I liked this locality because there is no water shortage issue faced by me and even the quality of roads are also good. There are great schools and malls present near to my locality and there is no history of crime.read more
Some amount of high traffic is experienced by me in this locality which is very problematic when I have to go somewhere in an emergency situation.read more

Having previously lived in Kondapur, I can say it's a great place to call home. It's conveniently located near HITEC City and Gachibowli, with excellent amenities like supermarkets, schools, and hospitals. The area is well-connected, safe, and has reliable electricity and water supply. Plus, there are plenty of local markets and malls for shopping and entertainment.read more
While Kondapur has many positives, there are a few areas for improvement. Traffic congestion during peak hours can make commutes longer. Rapid development has led to construction noise and dust in some areas. Green spaces can be crowded on weekends, and the rising cost of living might be a concern for some residents.read more
