Plenty of natural light and proper ventilation are present. Among the facilities are parks, a gym, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a playground, and a garden. Nearby, a subway is being constructed, and the roads are in decent condition. Well-positioned are schools, hospitals, and markets. Good access, parking alternatives, friendly neighbors, and well-maintained elevators are provided for building inhabitants. Regular cleaning and trash disposal are carried out. The neighborhood takes great pride in its exceptional structure, which is resistant to termites, leaks, seepage, and fractures. Water is available on a constant basis. Public transit is easily accessible, including taxis and buses. There's an on-duty security guard.read more
