Good things here

I've been living here for about eight years, and I love that there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and the connectivity is excellent with autos and cabs readily available. The society has regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The elevators are always maintained, and there's a consistent supply of electricity and water. The construction quality is top-notch, with no issues of seepage or termites, and the apartments have proper ventilation. The neighbors are friendly and mind their own business, which is great for a peaceful living environment.read more

Things need improvement

The only downside is the lack of amenities within the society. Being a small community, they haven't provided things like parks, gyms, or an indoor clubhouse. It's not a huge deal for me because these facilities are available nearby, even though they're paid services. Considering the quality of those services, it's fine, but it would have been nice if the society had these amenities. Other than that, everything else is fantastic.read more
