The connectivity is very good like you can easily catch the auto or bus from the stand that can be reached quickly as these are a few minutes away. There are almost all kinds of public transportation facilities accessible locally, so connectivity is not an issue. Also, the connectivity is very good because there are many colleges, schools, malls, local markets, and hospitals nearby. Police patrolling is done regularly which ensures that the families staying here are always safe. You will be enticed to stay here by the ample parking space, good connectivity, and well-built houses

The roads are very smooth as i drive i think that i am on the race track but there are speedbreakers installed at particular distance so as to avoid accident

This area has a lot of great schools and hospitals nearby as the city's one of the best hospital is located nearby. Along with it there are enough street lights in the area.

Good things here

I am a locality member of manapakkam since last 15 years and this is the best locality for my family. No water shortage is faced by me and there are great schools and hospitals nearby. Quality of roads are number 1. Streetlights are also well maintained.
