The society is exceptionally well maintained dot common area are always clean and there are no issues Garbage disposal the management team is proactive in ensuring clean cleaners which contribute to a comfortable living environment The construction quality of society is commendable.The building are constructed with good extended materials The quality of floors and traffic near the society It's satisfactory even during rainy season.Clogging situations on minimum The fellow residents in the society are friendly and decent.read more

While there are schools, malls, restaurants and market places in the Vicente.There are not all within whatever distance this can be inconvenient especially For For those who delay on walking or public transportation Some residents neglect to upkeep their units, leading to minor maintenance issues and aesthetic concerns in certain areas of the complex.read more
