There are only 2 apartments on each floor and you can enjoy the spectacular sea view from the balcony.You will also observe that there is a lot of flora on the property, and cleanliness is prioritized without jeopardizing the tenants' safety. You won't have to worry about your child's education because there are schools and institutions within walking distance. No power cut or water supply problem is there in premises. There is also police patrolling which is done multiple times of the day and night.read more

Ample parking space for residents and visitors is available. Malls, shops, cinema halls are just a few minutes’ walks away. All public transport options are available at a short distance. Completely safe and secured for residents as CCTV cameras are there and only verified outside visitors are allowed to enter. Mandaveli Bus Stop in the proximity. Nice project with all the amenities inside and good connectivity. Even construction quality is too good. There is no issue regarding cleanliness or maintenance of the roads, parks, etc. It is a much safer place for family and working parents who can work in an office without thinking twice about the safety of their family members. The water and power supply are good. There are parks, swimming pools, gyms, grocery shops, and other facilities readily available right here.read more

It is a peaceful and calm location with excellent connectivity to the main roads and there are many good colleges, schools, and hospitals. No power supply or water supply issues and the roads are clean with street lights. It is a safe place with regular police patrolling and CCTV cameras installed everywhere for the safety of the residents and visitors. The building is of great quality and does not require much maintenance, although the roads are properly maintained and kept clean. Almost no crimes are happening inside or outside the area so the crime rate is also lowread more

There are almost no crimes as compared to the other areas. The roads are wide and there are street lights, as well as beautiful green parks and cleanliness throughout the region. Surprisingly, there are a lot of schools and colleges close by, which is great for the kids because they don't have to drive far to study. There are no power problems as the power backup is also available. Police patrolling is done regularly which ensures that the families staying here are always safe.
