Good things here

The locality was great with all amenities like grocery stores, malls, markets, schools, and hospitals within 1 km. The cleanliness inside the society was excellent; garbage collection was done every morning. The maintenance of facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security was also very good. Ventilation was never a problem for me. The construction quality was good too. Society had amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, garden, and a badminton court. The cultural activities in the society were very nice, and festivals like Holi and Diwali were celebrated well. Parking was allotted for everyone.read more

Sometimes, there was a slight issue with getting cabs or autos because the society was a little inside from the main road, but it wasn't a major problem. There was no metro connectivity. Occasionally, there was a queue for the badminton court, but otherwise everything about the society was really good.read more

Ola and Uber are easily available near the society . Both covered and uncovered parking options are available. Amenities such as a yoga room, swimming pool, clubhouse, badminton court, and basketball court are present. Cultural events like Holi and Diwali are celebrated.read more

Things need improvement

Auto-rickshaws are not available here. The metro has not yet come to this area. Maintenance work in the society is not being done properly. There is a slight issue with seepage and leakage. Security in the society is not good. There is division in the society; some people want a temple to be built while others do not, causing social harmony issues. The functioning of lifts and CCTV is not up to the mark. Housekeeping is also not good; cleaning is not done properly yet. During the rainy season, there is an issue of waterlogging. Near gate 1 of the society, the roads are half constructed, causing a lot of problems there.read more
