Regular garbage collection, with separate bins for wet and dry waste, keeps our surroundings clean and tidy. The elevators are always in good condition, and we enjoy round-the-clock electricity and water supply. The construction quality of our buildings is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. Our flats are well-ventilated, with good plaster and fittings. We have modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse, which are not only available but also well-maintained. Honestly, there's nothing which I can say needs to be improved as we don't face any isssue and have very good connectivity, proper maintainance, good quality of construction, amenities all available and maintained, freindly and supportive neighbours. read more
