The build quality is excellent, with no issues of leakages or seepages, and 24-hour water and electricity supply are available. Allocated parking for owners and visitors is provided, along with full power backup facilities. The community is cooperative, and cultural programs and events are celebrated within the society. The basement parking area is well-maintained with no water logging issues. The quality of roads is good, and security is strong with CCTV surveillance, app-based facilities, and guards on duty in shifts.
