The previous tenant found the society to be a highly secure gated community with plenty of space to unwind. They liked the common areas with working A/Cs and the presence of multiple parks, a dog park, and sports facilities. The previous tenant wasn't fond of the limited public transport options in the area, relying solely on Ola or Uber services. They found it inconvenient to reach the metro station and were disappointed by the absence of good vegetarian cafes nearby for family outings. Parking problems, slightly higher maintenance costs, and the distance to the nearest petrol pump were some of the challenges they encountered.
