First and foremost, this area is suitable for peaceful living without pollution, noise, or dust. A good place for children to play. Small shops and stationery stores are within walking distance.A public bus runs every half hour for avadi only.

The CMBT and the Broadway bus are available for two hours. This area's roads and safety are excellent. Because it is a greenish area, it is also beneficial to one's health. The most important aspect is that there is no water scarcity, and public water taps are also available.

Good and peaceful area, a fully greenish,non-polluted area, a good place for children to play, schools are available in that area itself, all schools are available such as CBSE school, English medium school, Government school, nearly vel tech college is also available in that college Engineering, arts all degree are available.
