Vanavil IIT Nagar Part II is the new under-construction project of Vanavil Estate. The project in Pudupakkam, Chennai is under construction and occupancy will begin from August 2020. The price of the project is not available and can be obtained from the builder. The Pudupakkam area is quite well connected by a robust network of roads, rail and public transport.
