Vanavil IIT Nagar Part II is the new under-construction project of Vanavil Estate. The project in Pudupakkam, Chennai is under construction and occupancy will begin from August 2020. The price of the project is not available and can be obtained from the builder. The Pudupakkam area is quite well connected by a robust network of roads, rail and public transport. There are five major stations in the area. These are Urapakkam Railway Station, Vandalur Railway Station, Gudvanchery Railway Station, Perungalathur Railway Station, and Tambaram Railway Station. The Chennai International Airport is located at approximately 74kms from Pudupakkam. The availability of bus service makes commuting from Padupakkam to other parts of Chennai convenient. The area has various schools and hospitals in the area. Some of the popular schools in the area are Sushil Hari International Residential School, Kidzee, Gateway American international school and Hiranandani Upscale school among others. There is also the availability of health care facilities for the residents of the area.
