Good things here

Building materials used in this property is of very good quality , 1. Paint, tiles and glass used for slider are of heavy material they are build to last ,not like other property, 2. Those who are looking to buy it for their own usage this property will be one on the best options for your family. 3. The owner is also very friendly and gives perfect information for everything. 4. I have visited the property and had a thorough inspection in every room, professionally says owner has used good quality material. 5. Benefits : Safety , Easy access to market and hospitals , good road, new construction, budget friendly , value for money , water availability , has wind direction . I am looking forward to buy this property after all my analysis and after visiting other properties in the market .

Evening traffic is terrible.service road are not maitained their is no traffic controls and all roads are in very bad condition in monsoon very bad situation here
