It's a brilliant option, the Ibrahim Residency Initiative. Ekta Parksville is the best place to live. Despite the high cost of living, the standard of life is very high. There is greenery, a huge playground, and plenty of parking. The neighbourhood is entirely built out.

The community is, in my opinion, well-equipped to maintain itself, and even the parks and vegetation are maintained clean. The fact that the trash gets cleaned up every day is also fantastic. Even the infrastructure itself is kept in good condition.

I can speak from experience when I say that the entire development sets the bar for excellent, affordable living in Thane. Although well connected by roadways, there might be some traffic congestion during peak rush hours.
