Good things here

I recently had a visited the real estate property and impressed by excellence and connectivity to major commute options - trains, buses, and highways were all easily accessible, makin travel incredibly convenient. The amenities were also impressive, including both essential services and luxury touches like gym, pool, and community centre, enhancing the living experience. The area felt very safe with 24/7 security ensure enhancing peace of mind, and it was lovely to see well maintained parks and lush greenery for relaxation.

The listing advertisement great amenities, but upon visiting, i found many issues. The building had a gym, but it was outdated and barely usable. There was supposed to be secure parking area, yet i constantly struggled to find a spot and security seemed lax
