Malad East is one of the key locations before Andheri on the Western Suburban Line. Malad East has developed as a medium residential location favoring working professionals working in the Andheri region up to Borivali. Towards its east is Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Goregaon West in the south, and Kandivali East in the north. Triveni Nagar, Mira Nagar, and Kokanipada are a few nearby localities. Grace Serene by Grace Group, Neev Galaxy by Neev Group, and Vora Ashish by Vora Group are a few key residential complexes in this locality. Malad is well connected to the rest of the city through the Malad Railway Station on the Western Line and the Western Expressway. Mumbai International Airport is approximately 10 km away. Also, the proposed Malad Metro Station on Line 2, tentatively scheduled to open in 2020, is expected to improve the area's connectivity and increase residential demand in the locality. The approximate population is around 946,000, with an additional daily floating population of 100,000. Malad as a whole (East and West area) falls under the P-North ward, which is the most populous ward in the city as per the 2011 census. The suburb has a large Gujarati population selling clothes, food, etc., in the area, and a few of them have photocopiers and stationery shops.

  • There is also a slight but gradual increase in crime rates in the area
  • The maintenance charge of the area is too high. Some localities of the region are 3-4 km away from parks
  • There's a dumpster site where people do not make an effort to put the garbage in the van. Instead, they just throw it around the bins, which creates an unpleasant odor and do not maintain hygiene

Good things here

The staff here is polite and friendly. There is no problem of power cut. There is a park available nearby where there is greenery all around. School and hospital are also not very far from home. Many facilities are available near home.

Good things here

The property is based right next to western express highway and still happens to be walking distance from Malad Station of about 10 mins or so.. The Property has recently been painted and comes with 2 car parkings. Schools, Hospitals, Good Street Food and Hotels nearby.. Malls such as Oberoi, and Growels 101 is about 10 mins drive.. The house is vaastu compliant as well.

The property is build up by a well known builder and it is a ready to move in flat. It is the first project with Upper 1BHK concept which gives you an extra mini bedroom on the top.

Good things here

The locality is very well maintend. there has never been any type of pollution issue . The electric charges are very minimal and electricity is always availablethe transportation and cab service is very good. I have never face any water shortage

Mauli Parivar began with small steps and big hopes. Mr. Sunil Bharadkar started by helping his father in a modest general store in Kurar village.
