Good things here

This is the best locality i have ever seen in mumbai the restaurant hospital and local market are easily accessible the autos cabs and the public transport are easily available in day and night no electricity issue or water shortage issue faced well lit lights are available at night and no history of crimes in neighbourhood

The main things i didn't like about this locality are the roads are not well maintained properly potholes are there on roads and clogging of water during monsoon season makes things pathetic

Neat & clean done up 1BHK flat in Powai with modular kitchen, cabinets, stove with gas pipeline; built-in wardrobes & storage in bedroom with geyser;2nd washroom for guests,TV unit in hall, double bed in bedroom with A/C. A gated community with 24X7 security, water, electricity & gardens. Adjacent to public garden, school & banks.

The unlike thing about this locality is that there is no markets is available in this locality and there is no cleaning and maintaining in this locality there is lots of garbage in this locality and the side of the road there is so much garbage.

Good things here

The street light of the society are always on in the night and there is patrolling of police is often to ensure safety every person feel save. And varden are available and playground for morning walk . The malls and school are nearby available

There nothing so bad I have ever fell about the society the cleanliness if the society is good and people feels safe and enviornment of the society is good and water drainage system is also good
