Good things here

The good part about this locality is it is very clean and has a rich lifestyle. It is very close to the railway station hence there is no travelling issue. Also, it is easier for people to travel by bus as the bus stop is within 2 minutes walking distance. The area is very clean and is very near to Bhayandar khadi. It is a very good place for visiting with friends and family, for playing and has many facilities like a yoga room, resting room etc. Also, people can enjoy boating as a boating service has also started in khadi. There is one big playground for cricket and one big playground for football. Also, there are gardens and parks in this locality like Nana Nani park etc. Various temples and specialist hospitals in this area so no fear regarding health treatment facilities. Markets are very close and also have a police station near khadi itself hence reducing in the number of crimes in this locality.read more

Things need improvement

The only disappointment in this locality is sometimes it has traffic jams. Also as it is very near to Arabian sea there is a fear of water logging during high tide and during rainy seasons although any issues has never been reported yet.read more

There are no amenities at all since it's a standalone building. Connectivity is excellent, and maintenance is reliable. The construction is solid and provides a comfortable living space. Good things here

There is bus stop near by the society and even though frequency of bus is around 2 to 3 min. bhyendar and mira road station is just 4km away from the society. This society is on prime location and we have sea view from our flat which is the best part. Security system and housekeep staff is hired from top companies. All the hindu festivals are celebrated in the society.read more

Things need improvement

There is club house ,Gym,banquet hall in the society but there is no swimming pool in the society. parking has to be puchase with flat and there is 80% parking area in the society. 2 wheeler parking is available to all but for 4 wheeler you have to puchase it. Power back up facilities are for common area only.read more
