People are pretty good, and there are helpful bachelors. They are allowed no difference among each other in spacious 4-floor apartments with good ventilation and air quality. The rooms are overall well-maintained. Location-wise, within 1 km, there are grocery stores, supermarkets, and clinics available. The road quality is good, and proper functioning street lights illuminate the area. There is ample parking space, along with amenities such as a small swimming pool, a kids' play area, table tennis, a gym, a clubhouse, a walking track, and a garden. Maintenance is diligent, with daily cleanup of floors and gardens, proper painting, and the lift in working condition. Frequent garbage collection is ensured, and there is 24*7 water and electricity supply available.read more
