Things need improvement

There is no metro station nearby the society. Sometimes stray dog issues are faced inside the society premises. Water supply is sometimes an issue, tanker water is received and in summers there is very less supply of water. Sometimes 3 to 4 hours power cuts happens which is now rare but in a month this happens. read more

The connectivity is good as autos and buses are readily available. The society has a gym, play area, and garden. The residents are decent and cooperative, and festivals are celebrated together. The cleanliness is maintained well. While the trees are currently small, they will grow larger in a few years, enhancing the greenery significantly. read more

Things need improvement

Water is supplied to our society through tankers, and we have a purifying plant installed within the society premises. Since water is brought in through tankers, our maintenance charges tend to be higher. There is traffic on the roads once we go beyond the society. Unfortunately, our society does not have a swimming pool. There is leakage in the flat. read more

The society has excellent security with CCTV cameras and sturdy security guards. The construction quality is outstanding. The apartments have good plaster and plumbing fittings. Garbage regularly collected and wet and dry waste is properly sggregated. There is a reliable supply of electricity and water. The amenities like designated parking, a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. Don't about others but my neighbors are very humble and friendly, always looking out for each other. read more

Despite society being well connected, public transport is not always available. Additionally, the amenities could be improved to enhance the overall living experience. read more

I used to stay here 1. 5 years ago, and I was satisfied with everything. The connectivity was great, making commuting easy. Maintenance was reliable and timely. The construction quality was solid with no issues. The amenities were well-kept and useful, and the neighbourhood was friendly and safe. There were no problems at all. read more

Ola and Uber services are available within the society. The market is nearby, and all modern amenities are well-maintained. Residents are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated together. Cleanliness is upheld, and the flats have good ventilation with ample sunlight. read more
