Good things here

The connectivity of the society is more or less good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. The society is connected with the main road. Roads are good and street lights are also in working condition. local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are nearby the society. Hospitals are very near the society. Alloted parking space is given to all. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues and water logging issues are not faced in the society. There is no such water logging issues around the society. Lifts works properly all the time, lifts are maintained on time. Construction quality is quite better than other society, rooms are very well ventilated. CCTV cameras and security services are also good. Additional staircase and fire exits are available. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Some cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. People participate in all festivals I have never had any pet related issues. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society. I love the fact that everything is very well maintained. read more

Things need improvement

There are no metro stations near the society. There are sometimes traffic around 7pm in the evening. Sometimes nowadays seepage and leakage is arising but that is totally managable. read more

The roads are in good shape, and there is good access to readily available public transportation such as buses, cars, and taxis. There is guaranteed to be regular rubbish pickup. Neighbors in the community are kind, amiable, and modest. Both the water and electricity supplies are dependable. For safety, a security guard is on hand. There's a grocery and a hospital close by, and resident parking is offered. Elevators are installed and kept in good working order. The buildings have high-quality fixtures, plaster, and ventilation. Well-maintained, contemporary facilities are offered, including a clubhouse and gym. There are no problems with seepage, leaks, or termites because of the superb construction quality. read more

Because everything is kept tidy and clean by prompt and effective maintenance, residents of the community don't have any problems. The great condition of the living environment is maintained by the proactive management. read more

The society had all modern amenities and they were well-maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene were also well-maintained, and water was available 24/7. There was enough parking allocated for both residents and visitors. The residents were decent, and festivals were celebrated together. If there was going to be a power cut, the society would inform in advance. Autos were available near the society, and the nearby roads were well-maintained. There were no traffic issues as the society was slightly off the main road. read more

There were some leakage issues in the bathroom of my flat, indicating that the construction quality was not up to the mark. Additionally, there were power cut issues, as the power backup was only provided for common areas and lifts, not for individual flats. read more

Good things here

The lifts were well-maintained, and all modern amenities were in good condition and well-maintained. All festivals were celebrated. The residents were good-natured. There were no issues with leakage or seepage in our flat, and ventilation was good. Water was available 24/7, and garbage collection was done daily, keeping the society clean. A market nearby provided daily necessities, and autos were available near the society. The roads were in good condition. read more

Things need improvement

The parking spaces allotted for residents were a bit congested, and visitor parking was limited to only 5-6 cars, which sometimes caused inconvenience. Shopping malls, schools, and colleges were not within walking distance. read more
