4.6

Good things here

Autos and buses were easily available, and the society's location was excellent. The design of the society was good, with well-maintained common areas and corridors. The lift sizes were adequate for residents' needs. Festivals were celebrated within the society, which was well-connected to the highway. It boasted all modern amenities, and cleanliness was well-maintained throughout the premises.read more

Things need improvement

In the society, there was a significant parking issue with 50% of cars parked outside, leading to congestion in the parking area. There was no cover for the swimming pool. Cracks were observed in some flats. A major issue was the toilet flush, which emitted black, foul-smelling water. The quality of drinking water was subpar. Additionally, there were frequent power cuts. The kitchens in the flats were small, and the washrooms were also compact in size.read more

Good things here

The society had modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, playground, and garden. There were two clubs available as well. Nearby, there were malls, markets, schools, colleges, and grocery stores. Auto rickshaws and cabs were easily available nearby. The construction quality was good with proper ventilation, and there were no issues of seepage or leakage. The society celebrated festivals like Ganpati and Diwali enthusiastically. Cleanliness and hygiene were well-maintained. There were lifts, CCTV cameras, and good security. Both covered and uncovered parking were available; we used uncovered parking.read more

Things need improvement

However, the water quality was very poor with a bad smell, which was a major issue. Power cuts were frequent, and there was no power backup in the society, causing problems with electricity. Unfortunately, there was no metro station in the area.read more
