Good things here

The society experienced no issues with leakage or seepage, ensuring a dry and comfortable environment for residents. Public transport was readily accessible, enhancing convenience for commuting. Cleanliness standards were well-maintained throughout the premises, contributing to a tidy and pleasant living environment. Additionally, the lifts were in good condition, functioning reliably for residents' convenience. The flats themselves were spacious, providing ample living space for comfortable accommodation.read more

Things need improvement

In the society, there were limited celebrations of festivals, which reduced the cultural vibrancy for residents. Heavy traffic jams frequently occurred near the society, causing inconvenience and delays for commuters. Good things here

We didn't have any traffic problems at all. Thankfully, there weren't any issues with leakage or seepage in the flats either. The residents were really nice, and we had a great time celebrating festivals together. The society was kept really clean, and all the amenities were in top-notch condition. It was such a relief to have water available 24/7. Plus, there was plenty of greenery around, and the lifts were always well-maintained.read more

Things need improvement

In the society, tenants had to go through a lengthy procedure to use amenities. They had to get permission from the owner, followed by police verification. Autos weren't readily available near the society; you'd have to wait for 10-15 minutes. And there was a problem with waterlogging on the roads outside the society during the rainy season.read more

Good things here

I have recently shifted to this society and till now my experience has been great as public transport is easily available with options like buses, autos, and cabs. Garbage collection is regular with proper segregation. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. Each resident has designated parking. The electricity and water supply are 24hrs present and amenities like the gym and clubhouse are availableread more

Things need improvement

The thing which I don't like here is that there is a little seepage and a termite issue and the plaster and fittings are not up to the mark as this could have been better.read more
