Our location on the main road, coupled with well-maintained road and street lights, adds to the safety and accessibility of our neighborhood. Having malls, markets, and grocery stores nearby is incredibly convenient, and having allotted parking spaces ensures that parking is never a hassle. I'm impressed by the security measures in place, including CCTV cameras throughout the society. The well-functioning lifts add to the convenience of living here, especially for those on higher floors. One of the highlights of our community is the wide range of facilities and amenities available, from the gym and swimming pool to the club house and play area for kids. I like living here because there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, which is very convenient. The connectivity is excellent, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available, and the roads are in good condition. The regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry garbage segregation is well-managed. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there's a reliable electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent, with no termite issues, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fittings. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, always ready to support each other in times of need. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards makes me feel safe, and having a gym available is a great bonus.read more
