Though one building, i.e. the A Block is fully occupied with 56 families, and B block is still in the early stages of occupation, the facilities as envisaged in the project are really lacking. Indeed, the work on the clubhouse has been started, and is progressing slowly, we still do not have the Swimming Pool. Restaurants, Jacussi, Spa, Sauna, Gym as promised. God only knows when that would be complete, maybe in a few years . The parking has been provided inside the building on the lower three floors, but the design of that is not as per the standards. The Width deemed necessary is lacking, and in many parking spaces, there is a column protruding, thus reducing the parking space dramatically. It becomes so difficult to park, and sometimes, if your neighbour is already parked, you loose the advantage of easy parking, without maneovering a few times to get in and out. The same was informed to the builder and he has some shady answer. If I am parked earlier, the neighbour goes through the same ordeal. Dont know how this got approved . every morning I have to call my parking spot neighbour to move his car in order to take mine out. What a shame. A few more important points are a) the Sewage Treatment plant is not complete, b) Water harvesting as mentioned is still not been looked at , c) Club house work is really delayed, and I have apprehensions whether it really will be complete, or will the builder use part of it, ( without our permission ) . This is my comment after living here for 5 months only. Shall add comments as and when I see something not done as per the promises.read more
