Good things here

I love the fact that it is an industrial area, it's bustling with activity and there's always something going on. The area is well connected to the rest of the city with easy access to measure roads and public transport. The locals to be friendly and helpful and there are plenty you amenities like restaurant, cafe, schools, hospitals, shops nearby. Night life is excellent around here. read more

Things need improvement

It is an industrial area so the noise and pollution is very much high. Always noise from factories and traffic and the air can be quite polluted. The area can also be quite congested exptionally during peak hours which can make commuting a challenge. The area lacks green spaces and parks which can be a drawback for natural lovers. The area is prone to power outages and water shortage which can be frustrating sometimes. read more

Good things here

As name suggests it's IT hub having major multinational companies and tech parks. It's well connected with rest of the city and roads and highways are easily accessible. Infrastructure are well developed and amenities like hospital, public transport, international school and shopping centre are nearby. It's well planned and well maintained too. It's safe for women and children even in night as there is regular police patrolling leads to lesser crime rates. read more

Things need improvement

Probably major issues is traffic jam especially during office peak hours and lack of green spaces. It lack sense of community with people being themselves and only being professionally connected. It lacks recreation space and public parks too. read more

Good things here

Pollution is never an issue here. The area and the greenery around ensure a pollution-free living experience. While the house is located away from the main road, it is only a 5-10 minute walk. This ensures that you are away from the traffic honks on the road, and at the same time having access to the same for restaurants, malls etc. read more

Things need improvement

The greenery behind the apartments complex is very good. But there is a chance that soon a building might be constructed there, which might take away some greenery from the surroundings. read more
