Good things here

EVERY POSTING FOR SIKKA APARTMENTS IS A SCAM, DONT KNOW WHY HOUSING.COM ISN'T LOOKING INTO THIS. THIS SOCIETY HASN'T EVEN BEEN CONSTRUCTED AND THERE IS NO ON LIVING HERE. THIS IS A SCAM STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

this is a scam. the society is under construction, there is not a single tenant. before you go to see the flat, the owner will ask you for a 2000 deposit. Afterwards the owner will say please deposit 12500 it's for my GST invoice I will transfer back on call. this is a scam stay away at all costs

Good things here

Its a safe area with good transport facility, market and pharmacy nearby within 2 mins walking distance. Its great here, good locality, safe and secured place. Proximity to Hospitals, metro-rail, shopping mall, schools, parks, market area, garia railway station.

Things need improvement

Garia station area is very beautiful except during monsoon season, this area becomes like a river, the water gets stagnant for many days and the condition is very pathetic.

Good things here

There is the Garia Main Road, from where vehicles are easily available. Autos and buses are very abundant in the area. There are two petrol pumps just on the opposite of the road. Kavi Najrul Metro station is at a walking distance. Hospitals, shopping stores, and other facilities are within 1-2 kilometers.

In this area Sometimes, the road is busy. Due to vehicles, the area is not so silent. And main think is to much mosquito

I am very much glad to live in a society where people live amicably... There are no division of wealth, caste or division... Our neighbours are also very helpful and kind... So it's a great locality for me...

Things need improvement

Whenever it's a construction work in our area, they made really very noise, and it is hard to study and work... This is only a disappointment for me

Good things here

Positive. Garia is a great neighborhood in Kolkata South with plenty of amenities and facilities. It has excellent connectivity to the rest of the city and is well-connected by public transport. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and markets in the area, making it convenient for residents to buy groceries, dine out, or shop. The neighborhood also boasts of good schools, hospitals, and parks, which make it a great place to live for families. The housing options in Garia are varied, with everything from affordable apartments to luxury homes available, making it suitable for people of all income groups.

Things need improvement

In this area Sometimes, the road is busy. Due to vehicles, the area is not so silent. Because nearby Byepass. Madurdaha Road is very bad and pathetic for those who walk during monsoon.
