Good things here

the property is located in the clement town cantt area where there is no crime possibility, frequent patrolling. lake nearby, security at the night time, safety for children, good neighbourhood. also the place has hospital upto 400 mtrs. also the place has some great cake houses and restaurants nearby that give awesome food.read more

Things need improvement

the place is over crowed sometimes. other than this the place has difficult to search flats and properties.read more

Clement Town is a peaceful and upscale locality in the district of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. The city is widely popular for its tourism amidst various well-known attractions. Of all the attractions, the city is most popularly known for housing the World’s Largest Stupa- Mindrolling Monastery, A Buddhist center amidst the foothills of the Himalayas. A 31m high Buddha Statue dedicated to Dalai Lama is also located here. The Tibetan’s Children Home was also established here in 1991. National Defence Academy (NDA), earlier known as Joint Services Wing (JSW), was earlier set up in the city in 1948, although it is now shifted to Poona in Khadakwasla. The city houses some renowned educational institutions, namely Army Public School, St. Patrick’s Academy, and Graphic Era University. The city is in proximity to Dehradun Railway station, located at a distance of around 4.9 km, and Dehradun Airport is located about 15 km away. As per the 2001 census, the total population of Clement Town is 19,634, of which the total males constitute 58% of the total population and the total females constitute 42%.
