Good things here

Sixmile is a beautiful local area of South Guwahati.It is situated near to GS road.The most beautiful over bridge attracts most of the tourist because this over bridge connects sixmile with Ganesh guri ,Khanapara and Panjabari.The road and drainage system is well developed.The population is too high and there is no lack of anything.There are many buildings, super markets ,banks etc.The people's of sixmile are very good in behaviour.read more

Things need improvement

Traffic jam is the most annoying part of six mile road.Some times there is heavy traffic which can go for 1 hour also.There is shortage of tap water and electricity.read more

The most preferred locality of the city, It has most of the renowned Hospitals like Apollo Hospitals, GNRC, Downtown and many more in the locality, Near to the NH makes it convenient to reach other parts of the city.read more

One of the most concerning issues with the locality is the Water-logging issues in some parts of the locality but the bright side of this story is that drainages are being built or dug to address the same issue and so, we are very hopeful to see the locality free from waterlogging issue very soon in the future.read more
