Construction is very good. The builder has used premium materials, and the overall design is both modern and functional. The layout is thoughtfully planned, allowing for excellent natural light and ventilation in every room. One of the highlights of the property is the spaciousness. The rooms are large, with ample storage space. Another big advantage is the builder's transparency and professionalism. The documentation process was smooth, and all promises regarding possession dates and amenities were kept.read more

The high cost of living and the rapid development in New Town have led to increased property prices, making it more expensive compared to other areas of Kolkata.
