Climbing the ladder to success, way back in the year 1996, we bagged the labour contract for one of Mumbai’s and perhaps India’s prestigious, tallest residential skyscraper of 35 storey namely “Gokul Concord” located in the suburb (Kandivali East) on the Western Express highway and completed the same in a record time of 24 months. Also, constructed a 600 feet long residential Building which has gained Asia’s largest Step-RunningResidential Building title. No looking back, we have constructed a 29 storey residential towers in proximity to the above projects and other major projects of reputed builders of Mumbai. The organization has been felicitated with a Memento of Appreciation on the 20th of December’02 by the Estate Agents Association of Kandivali (West) for creating great opportunity in business, positive interaction and betterment of the association.
