The water facility is excellent, available 24/7 within the society, and power backup is also provided for common areas in case of power cuts. Schools are available within a 2 km radius from the society, and school vans will also enter the society for convenience. Connectivity options like cabs and autos are available if we book Ola and Uber, and autos are also available within the main road of the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable for 2BHK apartments. Additionally, there are three metro stations within a convenient 1 km distance from the society. Waste collection is efficiently managed, with daily collections at a particular time.
The roads are in bad condition with cracks and potholes, making them difficult to navigate. The parking area is congested within the society. There are traffic issues due to the main road near the society, leading to congestion. Additionally, there is pollution near the society, which is inconvenient. Hospitals are also far from the society, around 3 km away, which can be inconvenient for emergencies.

Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available within the society if we book Ola and Uber. The residents are very friendly and cooperative, fostering a positive community environment. Security is excellent, with well-trained security guards and CCTV cameras installed within and around the society. Hospitals are conveniently located within a 100-meter radius from the society, ensuring quick access during emergencies. Power backup is also available within the society. Waste collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Ventilation in the flats is very good, with spacious windows and balconies allowing for ample airflow within the society.
The construction quality is very poor, with issues like seepages in walls, both internal and external, and leaks in the walls. Additionally, the cement is leaving patches on the walls, which is very inconvenient. Cleaning of the society, both inside and outside, is very bad and needs improvement. The parking area is congested, and visitor parking is also congested within the society. Roads within the society are not in good condition, and road cleaning is also infrequent, worsening the situation.

The positive aspects of this society are numerous. Firstly, there is excellent open space at the entrance, which is perfect for children to play every day. The connectivity of the society is also commendable, with an auto stand conveniently located just in front. Moreover, essential amenities such as a school and supermarket are within easy walking distance. The hospitals and shopping malls are located within a 2km radius. Maintenance issues are virtually nonexistent, due to the efficient management of facilities such as cleaning, water supply, and garbage collection. The construction quality of the society is notable, boasting well-designed and spacious rooms, particularly for 2BHK units. Ventilation throughout the premises is excellent. The amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, and kids' play area are there.
I moved out of that society about 4 to 5 years ago. During my time there, we faced some construction quality issues, primarily because of poor water quality. We resided on the first floor of the building, and the drains would occasionally get clogged. There is no bus stops near the society.

Power availability is reliable and consistent, with maintenance of the area being very good. Water availability is consistent 24/7, with power backup also available in the vicinity. Garbage collection is notably efficient, promptly disposing of waste and dry materials. The area is highly accessible and convenient, with well-maintained amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, tennis courts, and kids' play areas. Overall, the environment is conducive to a pleasant stay, supported by robust security measures ensuring safety.
The construction quality is somewhat poor, evident from external cracks near entrance walls, and there are inconvenient sewage issues in the area. However, public transportation options like buses are available for accessibility, mitigating some of the inconvenience.

Getting around the city is a breeze with cabs and auto rickshaws readily available, and you can even book through platforms like Ola right from within the society. Parking space isn't an issue here�it's spacious. The city is kept clean and hygienic, and there's backup power available in case of need. You can even shop for groceries online right from within the society. Public transportation, including bus routes, is conveniently accessible within a 400-meter radius. And when it comes to amenities, we've got it all�swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis and badminton courts, basketball court, and even a football court�all well-maintained for everyone to enjoy.
Certain areas in the construction aren't up to par, unfortunately, leading to problems like leaks and seepage in the bathrooms, which can be quite inconvenient. And on top of that, the maintenance charges within the society are on the higher side.

People are very humble and respectful within the society. The flats are spacious.

Greenery outside the society is very good; there is a lot of greenery in the vicinity. People are very friendly and sociable in the community. Every amenity is in good order, and cooking and dining areas are well-maintained inside and outside of the society, making it very convenient. Maintenance charges around the city are around 3500 rupees, which we are paying monthly. Shops and eateries are conveniently located within 1-2 kilometers from the society.
Water facilities are not good; there is a water scarcity issue and the water distribution system is not functioning well, resulting in water shortages. The roads are not in good condition, making it very inconvenient.

Power backup is also good in the society. People are very friendly in the society. The kids' play area is very spacious in the society. Cleaning is very good both inside and outside the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable.
The water facility is not good in the society. Water is sourced from tankers, so it is often full of dust. The construction quality is also not good; there are some cracks on the walls in the society. Additionally, the flush water is not good and often has a foul smell, which is inconvenient. Schools are far from the society, approximately 2 kilometers away.

The community members are friendly and respectful, and the maintenance charges are reasonable. Public buses are accessible within 1 km, and the greenery around makes for a pleasant atmosphere.
The visitor parking area in the community is quite congested and limited in space. There are fewer festival celebrations organized within the society. Schools are located quite far, approximately 5-6 kilometers away from the neighborhood.

The people here are friendly and get along well. Our facilities work great; I enjoy using the table tennis area, which is kept in good shape. We have a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, basketball court, yoga room, walking track, community hall, and children's play area. Maintenance keeps everything clean, with reliable water and power, and the elevator works fine. It's easy to get around with a bus stop, supermarket, school, and hospital all nearby. The street lights work, and there's plenty of parking. The rooms are well-ventilated, and we've had no construction issues.
The roads in our society are in very bad shape, which causes a lot of inconvenience for residents.
