The water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately daily in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking is spacious; everyone has their own parking space. Security is very good, 24/7; it's a very secure place. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and badminton courts are available and well-maintained in the society. It's a new building, around 5 years old only. Ventilation of the flats is very good, and the balcony space is ample with good windows for fresh air.read more
