Good things here
No As far as I know I didn't face any but sometimes is there.Yes there are plenty of options available nearby.Ues schools malls and good restaurants are at walkable distance. Cab availability is great. Locality is cleaned and maintained good residents are also good and friendly.
Things need improvement
The only thing I dislike is traffic problem there is huge rush between 1p to 12 in the morning and it's quite irritating for me.

Heavy pollution but good environment and i have been bunking school used to roaming whole jaynagar alone

Roads safety needs to improve certain places and power cut issue are more once it gone it take more than 5 hours to comeback

It was a good area with nice environmental conditions. The roads are very clear and neat, and there are good facilities for everything.I lived in this locality to more than 3 years and such an awesome experience in this locality. I didn't faced any problems in this locality regarding security and amenities. All amenities are available nearby. Safe and clean atmosphere. No power cuts and water supply provided all-time. Good transport facility, medical and general stores are available nearby, banks and grocery store are available nearby, good school and hospitals are available within few kilometres.the vicinity offers numerous reasonably priced guest houses that provide all the necessary amenities . additionally , there are several parks where individual can relax , a variety of shopping centers, and well curated eateries that offer affordable price . the area also boasts excellent grocery stores , pharmacies , clinics , everyday need stores and ATMs for convenience.
Things need improvement
I observed some issues in this area.occasionally,frequent traffic jam and scarcity of parking spaces, pollution level are increased and the police patroling should be improved.We can see the deficiency of parking places and also traffic congestions many times. And in rare occasions water shortage is also seen here.

Jayanagar is a very good residential area in Bangalore. It is a great place to stay. the vicinity offers numerous reasonably priced guest houses that provide all the necessary amenities . additionally , there are several parks where individual can relax , a variety of shopping centers, and well curated eateries that offer affordable price . the area also boasts excellent grocery stores , pharmacies , clinics , everyday need stores and ATMs for convenience.
Things need improvement
my locality has bad road situation and also common parking issues . the maximum worst element is electricity cuts and the crime reports are increasing day by day these things make uncomfortable . vicinity is unhygienic it is reason to hospitalize and water scarcity also make some issues.

Good things here
No we get gud water supply if there is cut in supply we r intimated We have metro accessibility ,frequent BMTC Connectivity and even autos and cabs Power cuts are often but not for a long period

Now it's getting more commercialised and over crowded and most expensive place in Bangalore we get to see vry posh communities as well as vry poor people

Jaya Nagar locality is green and covered with huge trees by the roads and roads are wide. It cool and metro station is nearby too

Some times traffic will be quite high to the main roads and there are some rude people coming from other places sometimes causes disturbance

Good things here
Fabulous society!! I have no words to say about its scenery and beauty. No need to give more electricity charges as they will charge you very low price. You will not face any power cuts in the area. There are great schools, malls and hospitals. The is the most safest locality even children can independently go out to play. No problem about good schools, malls and resturants.
Things need improvement
Only thing to be disliked is the society faces some amount of pollution during evening times. But in morning, afternoon and night you will not face pollution issues

Good things here
The locality is best as it is completely maintained and no pollution issue is faced here. You will be charged the electricity bill as per the govt. and very less power cut is there in the area. No water shortage is faced and markets are also present nearby.
Things need improvement
However, malls are not present nearby. You need to travel some distance to reach the mall rest you will not face any problem

Good things here
I feel safe in this locality and moreover it is safe for children also as they can go to play in the parks freely. In night time also there is no danger to go out for walks and there is no history of crime in this locality. The malls and shops are also accessible.

There are two problems I faced here: One is the adequate water facility and another one is power cuts in the area

jayanagar offers a peaceful environment with tree lined streets and well maintained parks while still being close to bustling commercial areas like MG roads

the most dislike this contains a fully traffic especially during peak hours which can lead to delay and frustrations of people

This is one locality that you should always keep in your list of top four or five areas to stay in Bangalore. Yes some civic issues sometimes arise but that is natural. Jayanagar is otherwise a full package, with all the things that you want, right from metro station and shopping complex to a lot more as well. Love the fact that I could invest here early on when prices were still within reach.

From the shopping complex to its own metro station, Jayanagar is everything that you desire and more. I am completely fulfilled and now understand why I paid the high price willingly for the residential property here. I am living a hip and happening life and a lot of it is due to Jayanagar.

You will understand that you are living in a cream area of Bangalore. Since prices of property are also higher than many adjacent neighbourhoods. Social amenities are top-notch, especially dedicated shopping zone and also the own metro station.

Very posh area with all the amenities that you would want on a daily basis. This area is the best for those who want peace and quiet but all access to these amenities. That is why I chose Jayanagar.

There are many offices nearby so many people come and stay here so that they can save time and money on commuting. The locality offers reasonable rent rates and good transportation facilties, so as to cater the needs of a majority of the tenants.

There is pollution due to industrial areas an it makes the environment very bad and a lot of health problems ocuurs. Pollution control norms need to be implemented in this area in order for it to be habitable by elderly people.

There is no traffic jam in the area and one can reach their destination on time. Traffic is well controlled in this area. There are mutiple traffic lights and even traffic officers to manage the flow of traffic, making commutation easy.

The Jayanagar area has many such as Dmart, Spar and big bazzar where you can buy all sorts of grocery. The price of the groceries in these supermarkets is quite reasonable and people from neighbouring localities also visit them owing to the rates.

The hospital is nearby and one can walk to the hospital if any emergency arises. The medical facilties provided in the hospitals are upto expectations. Apart from hospitals, there are various markets and schools in the locality premises as well.
