this is very good place and to be honest I would really love to stay here for rest of my life If I can afford it

I always to stay in a good place in Bangalore which is my karma bhoomi and hence I chose Kalyan Nagar. Happy with its infrastructure, connectivity, and also nearby tech parks which are only within 9-10 km in my estimate. So good option overall for all needs.

There is electricity and water available 24/7 which makes the place quite livable as the basic requirements are in place. The price range of real estate in this locality is quite reasonable when kept in hindsight the multiple amentiies on offer.

The shopping malls and hospitals are nearby in the area so whenever you need anything you can just walk and avail these facilities. There are multiple hospitals in close proximity as well, so no need to panic in case of an emergency.

There are many IT companies have their offices in close rnage. The employees of these companies tend to stay in this locality mainly due to the reasonable rent rates. Additionally, the large variety of services and facilities on fofer is a huge bonus for them.

There is no proper drainage system and it becomes a huge problem. The street lights also do not function in some parts of the locality. There is frequent police patrolling though and all necesasry amenities are available in close range, so the locality has a bit of both, pros and cons.

The Kalyan Nagar area has many eatery outlets where you can enjoy a meal when you do not feel like cooking at home. You can enjoy with friends and have a great time with them. The locality promises a good night life.

Have been staying for few months and apart from monsoon waterlogging have not faced any issues till date. Very safe area with good infrastructure and also a posh tag that will only increase in future.

I appreciate the fact that Kalyan Nagar has such a lot of options available at comparatively affordable and attractive prices at least to me. Lots of towers and projects and overall effect is very nice when you drive down here.

Kalyan Nagar has always been a famous locality of Bangalore and this prompted me to take a look. I was hooked and have been living here for quite some time now. So overall experience is on the pleasant side to be honest really.
