There are about 9 schools within a radius of 6 km and the connectivity to the public transport is very good. About 6 acres of green open area along with landscaping is available for the residents. Terrace garden, club house, swimming pool, business lounge, theatre, solar water heating, flower garden, changing are and much can be availed here.

6.08 Acres of green open area which includes amenities and landcaping. Spacious homes and well connected roads with basic amenities inside this project is what you get here. There are CCTV cameras are installed in the entire area hence, there is no need to worry about the security point. Furthermore, all the basic amenities including schools, colleges, hospitals, etc. are easily reachable. The construction quality is good but it requires regular maintenance.

The homes are built with complete care which can be noticed not just from inside but from outside also. All the major schools, colleges and other facilities like park, shops, malls, gym, and grocery stores are reachable in a few minutes time. Safety and security features are very strict, which makes you feel safe and secure with your family and friends.

The biggest reason to stay here is that it is pocket friendly and it is much easier to travel any part of the city without any hassle as the connectivity is quite good. All the basic amenities like shops, malls, metro station, schools and major colleges are nearby. Safety and security is taken care nicely with the support of CCTV cameras and security guards which greatly reduce the fear of any kind of problem to the kids or women. Sometimes there is a network issue so, it might not be suitable for work from home environment. It is a nice project with beautiful environment in the society.

There are nine schools within a 6-kilometer radius of the project.It is a well-developed and maintained society with high security measures ensured by the professional security agents. The pollution free environment is suitable for working parents as there are many schools and restaurants nearby. Internal roads are clean and maintained on a regular basis which provides a fresh environment especially for evening or morning walks. The well maintained parks and availability of grocery shops and restaurants makes it more comfortable place to live. Access to the public transport is also easy and anyone can comfortably commute even in night without worries.
