Good things here
The locality is great for living with good public transport and no traffic jams. it has nearby metro station, hospital and easy access to cans and autos. In this locality very less power cuts and no water shortage problems. the flats and infrastructure of buildings are very good.read more

Good things here
This area is one of the best area for living because the roads are wide and shopping malls, Gym, swimming pool, Grocery stores, restaurants, hotel, schools banks are within few km radius. The good hospitals are nearby at walkable distance. The buses are frequently available 10 to 15 minutes.read more

The area has very less space for parking. Additionally, the market is few minutes away. The streets are not proper because most of the garbage.read more
Wagholi is an upcoming residential locality in Pune right next to the Pune international airport. The area is developing very fast and there are mostly 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments for sale in new projects at Rs. 6500 to Rs. 7500 per sq ft. There are good schools, markets, institutions, and industrial hubs, and tech parks nearby. 87% of the property available are multi-storeyed apartments while the remaining are in the form of residential plots and individual homes. There are also some 1 BHK apartments which are mostly available for rent.
Wagholi has a historical significance and is named after an ancient Tiger temple and is also said to be the home of the famous Maratha warrior Sardar Pilajirao Changojirao Jadhav. Waghori is close to the mining hub and people from this sector prefer to live in this area. The area is well connected to the rest of Pune. The Pune Ahmedabad highway passes through Wagholi and connects it to the rest of Pune. The area has a good infrastructure of public transport and civic amenities but growth is haphazard mainly due to a part of this area being under the Gram Panchayat
